Staying on course and the right direction

Do you find yourself constantly changing your mind every few seconds when every there is new information? 🤔

Today you feel you want to go more plant-based and the next day you hear something about carnivores and find yourselves going back and forth on your decisions.

Or when you see someone doing something that you feel you “lack” you found yourself comparing with others and think, “I need to do that too.”

And the next thing you know you are piling yourself up with things that you actually don’t need in your life. 🤨

So often we found ourselves wandering in all directions.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁. 🤷‍♀️

Having a clear vision in mind does not mean we are going to be 100 percent certain of everything we do, and we shouldn’t be (and it won’t be).

But instead of getting confused or distracted, having clarity in our vision allows us to STAY ON COURSE, to stay in the right DIRECTION instead of getting lost. 👈

We will need to make adjustments here and there, but that would come naturally, through practice, and knowing that we are on the right path.

As a yoga teacher, studying and teaching a broad subject, it’s easy for us to get steered away from who we are.

We get on social media and see some funky poses and we want to teach that?

We ask ourselves if yoga is enough and think we should teach yogalates, yoga HIIT?

That is all fine if this is what your vision is.

As teachers, we need to be stable ourselves and 🤜 knowing what we teach and who we are is what keeps us stable. 🤛
