Talking about burnout yesterday.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป As a teacher, our energy is our flame, and we are the keeper. Itโ€™s our job to make sure it has enough fuel so we donโ€™t get obstructed or burned out.

Sunday is my day for restorative practice, we are responsible to guard our energy, our little flame, so that we shine a light to the world in a new week, even in moments of darkness and challenges.
