learning vs. practice
𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲
Never stop learning. 🙌
This is one of the core values in life.
But simply “𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨” is not enough. 👌
We can watch a YouTube video explaining how to do Urdhva Dhanurasana backward and forwards, or even study in the book and learn the whole biomechanics of it, but if we do not apply it, it’s useless.
It’s like reading recipes in a cookbook but never trying to cook.
Both in yoga and in life, simply learning something is not enough.
We need to actually DO the thing and experience it in order to really learn. 🤗
And not only that, we need to do it over and over again until the learning is absorbed into the muscles and the body and becomes part of us.
And that is what the essence of a PRACTICE is.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆. 😊

You can start small. 1-minute Headstand. 15 minutes of self-practice.
Whatever that is, 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆.
This is our practice. ✨
