As you all know, I am a big fan of using props to enhance our yoga practice. I used blocks, straps, blankets, towels, and walls, and then more complex props like the chair and wheelโฆ

What makes Aerial Yoga so unique is that:
๐ The hammock safely supports students in suspension to decompress their spine and align the body from head to toe.
๐ Through aerial movement, students learn to fine-tune their bodies through strengthening and stretching exercises that challenge the law of physics. ๐ฑ
๐ The practice increases mobility on a whole new level with inversions without compressions.
And of course, itโs super fun. ๐
