Drum roll, please!!!! ๐Ÿฅ

As you all know, I am a big fan of using props to enhance our yoga practice. I used blocks, straps, blankets, towels, and walls, and then more complex props like the chair and wheel

What makes Aerial Yoga so unique is that:

๐Ÿ‘‰ The hammock safely supports students in suspension to decompress their spine and align the body from head to toe.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Through aerial movement, students learn to fine-tune their bodies through strengthening and stretching exercises that challenge the law of physics. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

๐Ÿ‘‰ The practice increases mobility on a whole new level with inversions without compressions.

And of course, itโ€™s super fun. ๐Ÿ˜

I have been teaching Aerial Yoga since 2015 and I am so excited to bring this technique back and share it with you all.
